Although front-wheel drive is the default, Acura’s Super-Handling All-Wheel-Drive system is standard on A-Spec and higher grades and is optional for $2,200. For a more agile feel and improved stability, the clever system can effectively drive the front wheels or overdrive the rear outer wheel with up to 70% of the available torque. The EPA estimates the front-wheel-drive vehicles to get 19 city mpg, 26 highway mpg, and 22 combined mpg, while the AWD system only costs one combined mpg point.
